This building belonged to Tony Bui, tax man to the restaurant industry workers in Atlanta. He saved us lots of money…most of us even recieved refunds. Unfortunately, a man who escaped Vietnam way back when, in a shipping crate, while others around him parished. He built this “homage” to the country he flourished in with his life savings and shortly after died in a freak car accident. There was an article in the AJC about 4 years ago. Since, it has been forclosed on and possibly sold to someone else.
