…Aren’t we always?

2. Here’s an informative piece of local history: “Tour of South Fulton County, Georgia by a Drag Queen” for a Ted Rubenstein’s Mysteries of the Universe segment on The American Music Show.
If you don’t have 7-1/2 minutes to learn more about Fairburn, Palmetto, and Union City (all of which I thought were in some place like Screven County when I heard them first mentioned until I looked at a map), here are some of the key facts:
- Union City is famous throughout the world as the originator of sprayed-on vinyl tops.
- Palmetto and Fairburn are known as South Fulton County’s twin cities.
- South Fulton County’s poet laureate is Froggy McElroy.
The narrator is Atlanta’s hilarious Don Finney who you can see next month in The New Century at Actor’s Express.
