I love the AJC’s coverage of Facebook-related stories, because you get the feeling they have never been on Facebook to realize how deeply unclever 97% of the activity that goes on there actually is.
Political Insider reports that there are Facebook groups popping up left and right over the Georgia-Tennessee border squabble! Hilarious! Those rascally kids and their meaningless internet affiliations!
Interestingly, the first thing listed under “Related Groups” for both state’s Facebook factions is “Stop Hillary Clinton: (One Million Strong AGAINST Hillary).” I guess there is one thing we can all agree on!
Also, any dispute between states with SEC football teams IMMEDIATELY devolves into someone from the state whose team beat the other state last season to making some type of “Let’s let our boys handle this one on the gridiron!” type joke. LORD GET ME OUT OF THIS GEOGRAPHIC REGION. (After first thaw.)
